What are your hours of operation?
Of course, shopthechicgirl.com is open 24/7 365, but our warehouse is only open Monday through Friday 9a–2p CST. CHIC storefront is open Monday–Friday 10a– 6p CST and Saturday 10a– 5p CST.

How can I contact you?
The best way to contact us is to email hello@shopthechicgirl.com or call our storefront at (225)448-5877 to be contacted back by our warehouse manager.

Can I get on your email list?
Absolutely! You’ll be able to see Chic New Arrivals right in your inbox! Just scroll down to the bottom of the website – you'll see a box to enter in your email address. 

Are all of the items on your website also in-store?
No, most of our items listed on shopthechicgirl.com are Online Exclusive. Some styles may also be available in-store. For questions regarding in-store inventory, please give our store front a call at (225)448-5877 or send us a DM on social media to check for availability.

Do I need to create a login to shop?
No - feel free to check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status. It also reduces the chances of accidentally having a mistake in your shipping/billing address.

Why should I create an account?
Once a you sign up for an account, you’re officially a Chic girl! Creating an account is the best way for us to welcome you into the Chic circle! You’ll have access to your past orders, store credit codes, and have a faster check out process! You'll also receive special news in your email! 

What if I forget my password?
You can select the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. If you still need help, we are available by email at hello@shopthechicgirl.com!

Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, or local pick up confirmation. You will then know to be on the lookout for your package or to stop by to pick up your order! If you do not receive either of these emails in a timely manner, please check your spam folder and then add hello@shopthechicgirl.com to your email address book for future notifications.

Can I cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel orders as we process and ship them out very quickly.

What is your return policy?

You can view our return policy here.

What if the item I want to order is out of stock?
Please sign up for the waitlist! We go through popular out-of-stock items on a weekly basis to decide whether we should reorder. The biggest factor in what should be restocked comes straight from you! 

If I’m on the wait list, does that mean I’m guaranteed to receive the item?
No, our items sell quickly and we are limited to the quantity of our vendors. However, we will try our very best to restock items if they are available!

Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?
Unfortunately, our site only allows for one discount code to be used per order. However, you can use a discount code and a store credit code on one order.

Is there a special way to shop?
We have multiple ways for you to shop CHIC! From Facebook Live sales via CommentSold, shopping in our storefront, to shopping right here on shopthechicgirl.com - we have a few things we recommend! Sign up for wait lists! Also follow us on all forms of social media and join our mailing list. You never know when there will be a surprise only announced through social media or email!

What is Shop The Chic Girl all about?

We love a party, sparkling drinks, sunshine, and over the top outfits, but more than anything we are all about fun things only! We focus on the good and the rest will fall into place. CHIC is more than fashion, it is a lifestyle! We hold our faith tight and set out to see the best in everyday! We only hope to share that joy with you through a love for clothes and fun!

Our Story

If God put it on your heart, then it's there for a reason. Kelley had big dreams and The CHIC is her true happy place. Take a look at this video for a glimpse of the story behind the store.

CHIC Storefront opened back in 2015 as an escape and something new for owner, Kelley Miglicco. Since then, the store has grown to a website and app! Kelley stays inspired by her deep rooted values of faith, family, and of course - fashion being FUN!

My dream for CHIC is to empower young women to fully embrace who they are and chase the dreams of their heart! The store is my true happy place and I want to share that with everyone who steps in-store or shops with us online. Thank you all for your support and for helping my dream come true everyday!
